4. Hosting and service providers

CleanSurfaceLab is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States), which delivers the website through its global network.

When you visit the website, Vercel processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device information, and details of each HTTP request (for example, the page requested and the time of the request).

Vercel processes this information on our behalf as a data processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which applies to our Vercel Pro plan. Vercel may engage sub-processors to help provide its services.

Emails sent to contacto@cleansurfacelab.com are handled through Hostinger's Starter Business Email service. Our contract for this service is with Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, Larnaca 6023, Cyprus).

Hostinger processes these communications on our behalf as a data processor under its Data Processing Addendum, which covers its email services. This includes email addresses, the content of messages and any personal information you choose to include. Under Hostinger's terms and data processing agreement, its affiliates and authorised sub-processors, such as cloud infrastructure, network security and email delivery providers, may also be involved in providing the service.

We read messages sent to this address only through Hostinger's webmail, and we do not forward them to other email services.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Some links may generate a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you.

When you follow an Amazon affiliate link, Amazon and any relevant third-party services may process information and use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area.

Vercel's primary processing facilities are in the United States, and Vercel or its sub-processors may process data in other countries where they operate. Vercel also states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension.

Hostinger International Ltd. is established in Cyprus, within the European Union. Hostinger has not specified the country or data centre in which our mailbox is stored. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, directly or through Hostinger's affiliates or sub-processors, to a country that does not benefit from an adequacy decision, Hostinger's Data Processing Addendum applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914) and, for transfers from the United Kingdom, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
